What is The Verda?
The Verda is a simple time saving app designed for the daily tracking and reporting of classroom behavior and academic data such as behavior goals, Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) goals, attendance, academic progress, and incident reports. The app is specifically designed to help teachers monitor each student’s progress toward their individualized goals, and to assist schools and districts with the identification and reporting of critical behavioral and academic trends essential to IEP’s, FBA’s, manifestation determination meetings, ESY monitoring, etc.
How can The Verda help you?
Student data is a legally required component of Special Education services. Proper completion of essential documents such as Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), manifestation determination meetings, and Extended School Year (ESY) monitoring requires systematic and regular compilation, analysis, and reporting of behavioral and academic data.
However, data systems that track student goals and behavior incidents are difficult to find, if they are available at all. Those that exist are often time-consuming and not user-friendly for daily data collection and tracking at the classroom level.
To address this critical need, Behavioral and Academic Reporting Systems, LLC has developed the Verda app (Versatile Education Reporting and Data Analysis). The app is based on data collection and reporting systems we have researched, created, and piloted over the past 24 years.

What makes The Verda unique?
The Verda creates many reports based on the data taken by staff throughout the school day. The Goal Summary is a monthly overview on the progress of goals for easy review. When a student is meeting their goal by 80%, the goal will highlight to yellow.
This is a great tool for educators to see the student progress and the effectiveness of interventions.
